How long do I have access to my course? 

Access is usually available for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, we know life can get in the way—if you need more time, just email our team and we’ll happily consider an extension.

Are the courses self-paced?

Yes. All Learn Hub courses are designed to be completed at your own pace, so you can fit learning around your schedule.

Can I share resources with my team?

We love supporting teams! Each course license is for individual use, but we offer group rates for teams. Email us to find out more.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Log in to the school and go to your Account settings.
2. Click the Cancel Subscription button. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm.
3. Once confirmed a re-activate subscription button will appear in case you change your mind.

How Can I Download Attached Files in the Course?

When navigating the Course Player, you can identify additional digital download material added by the course authors by looking for the attachment icon in the following two areas:
Once you click on the icon, the files will be unfolded.
You can then click on them to download them to your desktop.

How Can I Communicate with Staff or Classmates?

Course Player - Course Discussion

During participation in an online course, within the Course player, you can find 2 distinct tabs: Path and Discuss.

In the Discuss tab, you can find all the comments posted on the Course Discussion so far, and you can add a new comment if desired (the availability of this option may be subject to school settings).

Community

On the Community page, you can make posts and polls, communicate with other users (not only the users who have enrolled in a specific course), and join different Spaces. Spaces are areas within the community where you can interact with one another. All spaces in the community belong to a Collection. The Community is usually located on the top bar of the school.
